Went to check out cars today & with the help of salesman Juan Delgado we were able to purchase a car & didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured. If you're looking for a car, we highly recommend Tracy Ford. On the first weekend of August my wife and I bought a Certified Pre Owned 2015 Ford Escape Titanium and we have nothing but praise for everyone we dealt with. The salespeople we initially dealt with, James and Luis, were straightforward about finding a vehicle that met our needs. The General Sales Manager, Joe Snelling, was equally upfront about the financing options and really worked it to get a rate that we could live with. If you've ever been on the lower end of the FICA score card, you know how it feels to be summarily dismissed. Although my FICA score has seen better days, and believe me it has seen MUCH MUCH better days, Joe was able to make it happen and did so in a very respectful manner. That in itself meant a lot. Thank you James, Luis, and Joe. During the paperwork portion of the show, we dealt with Chris. He was fast, yet thorough, but more importantly, he was accountable and made himself available to satisfactorily answer any questions we had. Money is money and all the things you are confronted with add up. Avoiding "buyer's remorse" is a lot easier when you eliminate the unknowns. Thank you Chris. Lastly, the Service Department at Tracy Ford seems to bear the brunt of a lot of negative commentary. Having worked in the automotive industry, I know all too well that there are many legitimate complaints. Any business worth a damn takes customer dissatisfaction seriously. For us, dealing with the Service Department was the final hurdle to clear in order to have some semblance of peace of mind. Although I was an hour late for my service appointment, David Corona was a total pro. Working with the sales department, he was able satisfy an issue that we felt had been overlooked, but hadn't discovered till after we drove off the lot. I don't know how many other dealerships would have been as accommodating. But I can attest that Tracy Ford made it right. Thank you David. Obviously communication with the right people is paramount to ensuring a positive car buying experience. I truly believe these folks are committed to making things right and are responsive to their customer's needs. I'll admit there was some apprehension going into this purchase. We had seen some extremely negative posts and were suspicious; however, we had read just as many positive testimonials and were willing to see for ourselves. As far as our own car buying experience is concerned, we have had nothing but first class, thoughtful and sincere professional treatment at every level of this dealership. They stand behind their product and continue to go out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. To this we say "Thank You!"

Hands down the best service I have ever had buying a vehicle!! Brandon was amazing he helped me pick out the perfect explorer. He was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Brandon got me in and out of finance and had the explorer ready filled with gas. He connected my phone and really took his time to show me the features. I don't say this lightly because every experience I've had with car salesmen in the past, has left me feeling like I need a sage cleanse (lol) and a shower. Henry, however, goes above and beyond for all his customers whom he makes feel like family. It says a lot when my husband, (who is not just a salesman, but rather a damn good and honest man who just happens to sell things for a living) says that we will no doubt take ALL our business back to Henry no matter where he goes. "Tracy Ford got our truck running better than it has in years"

2003 Ford F150 was misfiring terribly so we took it to a private shop thinking we would save money over the dealership, we found out the hard way this is not true. The private dealer fixed some parts but still left the truck unchecked when released and it was still misfiring after 1375.00 we were more than annoyed. Then my husband said "that's it" we are taking it to a Ford Dealer where a Ford certified technician can get this running right again. Tracy Ford got our truck running better than it has in years, with great gas mileage and we were out the door at 750.00. We are pleased and delighted to say, don't waste your time nor money thinking it is cheaper at the off brand private shops, this is the place to be is Tracy Ford!

"I thought there was absolutely no hope"

I had been looking for a used car for about a month. After being turned down, approved at %50 apr, lied to and even yelled at...I was ready to give up. ENTER TRACY FORD😇 My daughter and I were driving thru your used lot about to leave when a nice older gentleman (employee) came to my window. He asked to help so I reluctantly told him the situation I was in. Expecting another smug salesman response, I was floored when he responded with "you might have a better chance buying new"...I didn't quite believe him at first but after he explained that Ford has tons of rebates on new cars and they do their own in house financing, I decided...what do I have to lose...just another hit to my credit I worked so hard to maintain. I was introduced to my salesman Will... who treated me like I was a Rock Star in town to purchase a new Cobra or something. On top of that he was literally a walking Mustang encyclopedia! I will do u a favor and save all the details for next time. The service and smiles didn't stop there! Every person that help us gave me the feeling that I was actually welcome and important...something I had NEVER experienced at any dealership. I even got to meet and talk with the always elusive "guy in the back". Only he didn't hide in the back. The GSM Mr. Snelling actually sat down with me and my family and helped right in front of us...no sneaking around the corner every 10 minutes...Soooo refreshing!! In closing after signing papers with Erick; another Awesome guy who made the closing of my NEW MUSTANG GT go soooo smooth that before I knew it I was out! Yup with a..did I mention NEW 2018 MUSTANG GT!!! As I sit her writing this review I can't help but hope that anyone who reads this will take me and my story seriously. I thought there was absolutely no hope. But yet here I am with my new Pony!! Simply Unbelievable!! Thanks again to MY whole Tracy Ford team that worked genuinely honest and hard to get me into to my NEW 2018 MUSTANG GT!!!
