I worked with Tracy Ford when I ordered and bought my 2024 Maverick Hybrid. Tracy Ford was very upfront about the wait time for my truck and the buying process. There was NEVER any sells pressure at any stage of the process. I just had a Ford Recall done for a software issue and that was performed vey well. If you’re looking to buy. Ford Product these are the folks to dead with without a dought.

Everybody was friendly and easy to deal with. Nobody was overly pushy. It felt like my wants and needs were a priority for every person I encountered. One word can describe it all "Convenient”! My vehicle was pick up and deliver once the service was completed and completed the transaction over the phone.
Went in for an oil change. Asked them to not touch the air filters which they still did anyways. The next day, my MAP sensor went out. Too coincidental in my opinion done they are located in a way that make me believe that something happened while they were doing things I asked them not to. Now I've got to get this fixed which shouldn't be a thing on my 2020 car yet.

It took three trips to the dealership to get it fixed. Then, on the last trip, they made me wait four extra days because someone went home early on a holiday weekend. So I was without a car over Labor Day weekend. Then to top it all off, They left my car under a tree, and it was covered in sap when I picked it up. At least I hope thats sap. My advisor, Sonny tried hard though, wasn’t his fault.
I brought my Expedition for an oil change and because of the check engine light. My service advisor, Brittany, was great. She was quick and friendly. She kept me apprised of everything, the cost of the service, and let me know as soon as it was done.
