The employees of Tracy Ford work as a team to Deliver the very best customer service.
It took three trips to the dealership to get it fixed. Then, on the last trip, they made me wait four extra days because someone went home early on a holiday weekend. So I was without a car over Labor Day weekend. Then to top it all off, They left my car under a tree, and it was covered in sap when I picked it up. At least I hope thats sap. My advisor, Sonny tried hard though, wasn’t his fault.
This is the best service department anywhere in the area. Rodney and Robert are excellent to work with.

My Mach E had a flat tire, given that the car does not have a spare, it had to get towed to the dealership around 3pm on Wednesday. Called the Service dept, but they kept me on hold for 15 minutes with nobody picking up the phone. The next day, there were no calls or even the ability to communicate with an advisor, so I had to personally go to dealership and speak with somebody about getting the tire fixed. This is second Ford we leased from Tracy Ford and both experiences were A1. Starting from the greeting to explaining everything as it happened to our visit in finance which was trouble free and well worth remembering. We would recommend them to everyone. Can’t tell if the tires have been rotated. If they were the TPMS was not updated. Got a nail in the left rear tire and my dash said the passenger front was low. Oh well

Dealership was just fine. My problem was with the forceful financing. I came in with pre-authorization. They felt they could beat the interest rate. When they couldn’t, the guy lied to me and made me feel he was doing me a favor. The favor would have been to allow me to use my original financing!
I was very happy with the service I received at Tracy ford.
Initial contact with sales person was great. Finance person made it a bad experience. This was a gold certified used vehicle. Finance person says there is no warranty. Gold certified vehicles come with a 1 yr 12,000 mile comprehensive warranty and 7yr 100,000 powertrain. I was not offered either. Tried to get a call back from the general sales manager. I waited a week with no response.
Called Ricky from Tracy Ford to set up an appointment to have a diagnostic on my Ford Edge. He got my car in quickly. My navigation screen had stopped working. He got the parts ordered, worked with my insurance and set up an appointment to complete the repairs. Thank you Ricky and Tracy Ford for your excellent Customer Service!

Cynthia Perez has done a great job improving customer service. It will take time, for the past 6 years it’s been pure xxxx dealing with customer service. My last dealership was Sunnyvale Ford and they were worst on how they treated people of color.

My experience at Tracy Ford was excellent. Joel(Sales) was on point and quickly handled all of my requests.

Service performed during oil change and road test was excellent Detailing my car not so good Manager took car back to rewash Front was half fast vacuumed back not at all. The second time it was brought back sides still dirty 🙄 It was better than the first go around but still dirty
Sale person is not honest and with no experience!
1. not give me promised price and ask me to come;
2. told me wrong milage until I sign the paper (he said under 30mi, actually 120mi) I asked him on the phone before I walked-in and he thinks it's not a big deal ; And said I'm the only one test drive this car, REALLY?
3. cheating me truck cover price, he said $1600 at first and he'll give me discount, i asked him to print out cover info, then I find online it was $1200;

Quick Lane in Tracy has got it right when it comes to customer service. I have been a fortunate customer who’s received great care and advice for taking care of my vehicles.
My experience ordering and purchasing a new Bronco from Tracy Ford was as seamless as possible. The salesperson, Simo, was incredibly responsive and accommodating with answering all my questions throughout the process, and I was delighted with how easy the transaction was once the vehicle arrived.

My service advisor was great but the service tech was not good. Said on paper he performed a service but I confirmed he didn’t do what he was employed to do. Maybe Tracy Ford needs to reevaluate his position with Ford?
Debbie who was my service advisor was awesome!! She had a warranty part expedited and my daughter's car was taken care of within 2 weeks. She also was able to get her a rental car free of charge.
Good experience every time I take my truck for repair or any issue. Ricky is the best, very nice and attitude is great. I hope no more issue on my truck but if I go back I will ask for Ricky again.
